Terms of Service and Acceptible Useage Policies
Warnol Associates Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and Terms of Service (ToS) is provided to give our subscribers and users a clear understanding of what Warnol Associates expects of them while using the service. Subscribers and Users of Warnol Associatess are: those who access some of our Services but do not have accounts, as well as those who pay a service fee to subscribe to the Services, must comply with this AUP and ToS.
WARNOL ASSOCIATES IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE KNOWLEDGE OR LACK THEREOF REGARDING THE EXISTANCE OF THIS DOCUMENT TO ANY SUBSCRIBER OR USER OF SERVICES. IT IS THE EXCLUSIVE DUE DILLIGENCE OF THE SUBSCRIBER OR USER TO KNOW THE TERMS AND POLICIES OF THE SERVICES THEY CHOOSE TO USE.
Use of ANY or ALL Warnol Associates Services constitutes acceptance and agreement to the Warnol Associates's AUP. A signed contract is not required. Again, we strongly state, the usage of ANY or ALL of services provided by Warnol Associates constitutes your agreement with this AUP. Should you prefer to have a singed contract on file, please email contact us for such a request. Should you not agree with ANY of the information provided below, it is recommended that you NOT use the services provided by Warnol Associates. Tis AUP can be updated at any time without any notice.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: *All Payments To Warnol Associates Are Non-Refundable
Online Registrations are Non-Refundable. Should you need a refund for your online event registration, please contact the promoter direct for the refund should they allow a refund for the event.
Refund and Disputes:
All payments to Warnol Associates are non refundable. This includes the one time setup fee and subsequent charges regardless of usage. All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 60 days of the time the dispute occurred. If you dispute a charge to your credit card issuer that, in Warnol Associates sole discretion is a valid charge under the provisions of the ToS and /or AUP, you agree to pay Warnol Associates an "Administrative Fee" of not less than $50 and not more than $150.
Refund Policy : for $285 registration- a $50 cancellation fee until 5/5/08. NO REFUNDS after 5/5/08. For $375 registration - a $75 cancellation fee until 6/15/08. NO REFUNDS after 6/15/08.
NO Day Trippers - Attendance is complete - including meals - at full registration fees only! There will be NO "day" rates.
All registration fees have a $10 processing fee included.
There are absolutely no refunds for Online Registrations.
